Why am I so obsessed with the gym and living a healthy lifestyle?

Let me give you a little backstory. šŸ“–

2016 - Clinically obese teenager, 96 KG

2017 - Lost 26kg and got myself to 70kg šŸ’ŖšŸ½

2018/23 - I have been stable at around 80kg Alhamdulillah

2023/2024 - I moved to Qatar in August and the food scene is crazy here so I decided I'll go on a bulk whilst enjoying the food. šŸŸ

March 2024 - Reached 92.4kg bulking and it is now time to cut so join me on this journey IA.

It won't be easy but the goal is to be as transparent as possible throughout this process.

Not every day is a 10/10 diet and not every workout is a 10/10 there will be 1/10s and 4/10s but it's all about showing up again and again and staying locked in. šŸ”
