Insurance is one of the biggest scams in the UK.
The funniest thing people have recently encountered in the UK is that if you try to insure your car as a new customer with your current company, it is cheaper 😂. This means loyalty to staying with one company is no longer incentive for insurers. For context:
Most cars in Qatar have massive engines and are predominantly automatic.
The car I have right now is a 3.7-liter, litre which I would struggle to get insurance in the UK.
On the other hand, my first car, a 2009 ford fiesta 1.2L, cost me £1600.
